On December 25, 2021, the company successfully signed the technical service project for the 25MW extracted condensation 2# steam turbine unit of the top 500 in China - Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Cayman (Shaan County) Energy Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd. for flow-saving and energy-saving technology transformation and efficiency improvement technology of Hangzhou Jinjiang Group.

The 25MW extracted condensation 2# steam turbine unit currently operates by the owner of this project, model C25-8.83/0.981//535. This unit was put into production earlier, has a relatively backward technology, a simple flow structure, poor functional capacity of the unit, and low efficiency in the operation, resulting in a high steam consumption rate during the actual operation of the turbine.

Our company has implemented comprehensive measures such as transforming blade lines to optimize the unit flow structure and improve the unit operation efficiency. It is expected that after the transformation, the energy-saving efficiency ratio will reach more than 7%, the energy-saving power will be more than 2,000 kw/h, and the annual operation will be 8,000 hours, and the electricity price will be 0.5 yuan/kw.h, and the annual energy-saving economic benefits will not be less than 8 million yuan.
