Technical service project of the 55MW extracted condensation turbine flow structure technology transformation and efficiency enhancement technology service project in Shandong Xinlong Group Co., Ltd.
On January 21, 2021, our company signed a comprehensive technical transformation and efficiency improvement technical service project for the 55MW extracted condensation steam turbine unit flow structure of Shandong Xinlong Group Co., Ltd. on the top 500 private enterprises in China. The contract amount is more than 10 million yuan, and the technical transformation and efficiency improvement is implemented by paying technical service fees in batches.
The unit operates at an electric load of about 50MW on a daily basis, and the steam is extracted for external people's livelihood heating needs, and the residual steam is condensed to generate electricity. After the implementation of the technical transformation and efficiency improvement of the flow structure, under the same rated working conditions, the energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio shall not be less than 6%, the energy-saving efficiency improvement power shall not be less than 2500kw/h, and the annual economic benefits shall not be less than 10 million yuan. The energy-saving and social benefits of the project are very significant.
