China's top 500 Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Xiaoyi Xing'an Chemical Co., Ltd. EMC project for efficient transformation of 8MW high backpressure steam turbine units

Our company signed the EMC project of high-efficiency transformation of high-back pressure turbine generator sets of Xiaoyi Xing'an Chemical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hangzhou Jinjiang Group. The project contract amount is 12.96 million yuan, and the energy-saving transformation is implemented in the form of efficient unit body replacement.

The unit operates stably in a working condition of about 4.3MW of electricity load. After efficient transformation, under the same working conditions, the unit's operating vapor consumption value before the transformation is 83kg/kw.h, the transformation target is 50.25kg/kw.h, the energy-saving efficiency ratio reaches 39.46%, the energy-saving power is 2827kw/h, and the annual operation is 8,000 hours, and the electricity price is 0.5 yuan/kw.h. The annual energy-saving economic benefits are no less than 11.308 million yuan. The energy-saving and social benefits of the project are very considerable.
