China's top 500 Henan Jinmei Tianqing Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. 12MW waste heat resource comprehensive utilization power generation EPC project
On October 11, 2020, our company won the bid--Henan Jinmei Tianqing Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.'s 12MW waste heat resource comprehensive utilization power generation EPC project. This project uses a high-efficiency low-pressure condensation steam turbine generator set to make full use of the current low-pressure rich steam 0.7MPa, 230℃, 75-90t/h, and build it into an internal self-provided power system for the owner to produce clean electricity, all for the owner's lighting or production consumption, and at the same time recycle condensate.
This project is a comprehensive resource utilization nature that the country strongly advocates. It is connected to the grid and does not access the Internet. It belongs to the category of distributed energy. After the project is completed, it can achieve an annual electricity output of 96 million kilowatt-hours, an annual direct economic benefit of 48 million yuan, an annual standard coal consumption reduced by 28,800 tons, and an annual emission reduction of 170,000 tons. The economic and social benefits of the project are both very significant!
