The subsidiary of the top 500 central enterprises in China Enterprises--Shanxi Zhong Energy-Saving Lu'an 22MW condensation unit circulation energy-saving transformation project

On the morning of October 18, 2021, the company successfully signed the energy-saving transformation project of the 22MW extracted condensation turbine unit of the top 500 central enterprises in Shanxi Zhongyuan Energy Conservation Lu'an Electric Power Energy Conservation Service Co., Ltd.

The units renovated in this project are the owners' original fully imported models of the UK, with an installed power of 21.9MW. Due to unit design defects, actual operating indicators such as output and steam consumption, they all deviate from the design value, and waste and energy consumption are relatively serious.

This project is designed and optimized for the flow of the original unit for our company, and re-equipped with rotor assembly and other sets. After the unit is transformed and implemented, the electric load will be increased to 25MW, while reducing the vapor consumption value, improving functional capacity, and increasing the operating safety factor.

This project is planned to complete the overall construction in January 2022, start the production of electricity, and create significant economic and social benefits. The successful signing of the project marks that our company will add another benchmark performance in Shanxi, making due contributions to the local energy conservation and environmental protection cause and dual carbon strategy!
