Huaibei Changyuan gangue 2*6MW steam turbine unit energy-saving transformation service project
On September 10, 2021, after friendly consultation, the company successfully signed the energy-saving transformation service project of two 6MW steam turbine units in Changyuan gangue in Huaibei.
This project plans to implement energy-saving transformation of two units in batches, and through comprehensive technical means such as optimizing the flow structure, the efficiency within the unit will be improved and life-extended.
After the unit renovation, in addition to completely replacing the original temperature reduction and pressure reduction device, realizing the unit's steam extraction and production of energy-saving and economic benefits, it will also improve the unit's automation management level to achieve energy-saving, safe and stable operation.
It is expected that after the implementation of this project, a single unit can achieve an annual energy-saving power of 8.25 million kilowatt-hours, creating an annual energy-saving economic benefit of about 2.5 million yuan. At the same time, it can save 2,722 tons of standard coal consumption and reduce emissions of 8,000 tons of carbon and oxygen compounds and dust. The economic and social benefits of the project are both very significant!
