Shanxi Jincheng Oriental Industrial Co., Ltd. waste heat and waste pressure comprehensive utilization power generation contract energy management project

In August 2016, our company's cooperative investment project - Shanxi Jincheng Oriental Industrial Co., Ltd., a thermal power plant substitutes for the temperature reduction and pressure reduction device, and a new 6MW backpressure steam turbine power generation system contract energy management project has been launched. As of now, the operation is stable, with a total of 14.976 million kilowatt-hours of clean power.

The project uses casting waste heat and configures a temperature reduction and pressure reduction device to supply heating to the enterprise and surrounding users. The steam inlet pressure is 3.5 MPa, the steam inlet temperature is 450℃, the steam inlet flow is 50-60 t/h, the steam exhaust pressure is 0.5 MPa, and the steam exhaust temperature is 255℃. During this process, the physical effect of high-quality steam self-spraying water achieves cooling, and the valve achieves pressure reduction and forms low-quality steam, which is used for subsequent heating, resulting in huge waste of energy.

The owner of this project will handle all policy procedures and provide the site and heat source free of charge. Through technical research and development, our company has achieved full investment. With the contract energy management benefit sharing model, a 6MW medium temperature and medium pressure backpressure steam turbine power generation system is used to replace the original temperature reduction and pressure reduction device. While realizing the cooling and pressure reduction effect of the original equipment, it generates clean electricity, which is used for the owner's production and lighting use, and directly generates economic benefits.

Since the project has been operating for nearly four months, it has produced an average of 5,200 kilowatt-hours of electricity per hour. The successful and stable operation of the project not only brings direct economic benefits to the cooperation parties, but also reduces energy waste and carbon dust emissions, reflecting the social responsibility of the enterprise and contributing to the local government's construction of a "two-type society"!
