China Top 500 Luli Group Co., Ltd. 60MW double-cooling steam turbine generator set technical transformation and efficiency improvement technical service project

On August 22, 2019, our company signed a technical service project for the technical transformation and efficiency improvement of the flow structure of Shandong Luli Group Co., Ltd. CC60-8.83/3.92/0.98 double-coaguling steam turbine generator set. The project contract amount is 7.95 million yuan, and the transformation is carried out by paying technical service fees in batches.

The unit operates stably with an electric load of about 55MW and a double-cooling working condition. After the implementation of the technical transformation and efficiency of the flow structure, under the same working conditions, the operating efficiency of the unit will be increased by no less than 4%, the energy-saving power will not be less than 2,200kw.h, and the annual operation is 8,000 hours, and the electricity price is 0.6 yuan/kw.h. The annual energy-saving economic benefits shall not be less than 10.56 million yuan. The energy-saving and social benefits of the project are both considerable.
